Kayzen was founded in 2020 by a group of experienced professionals from various technological and marketing backgrounds who are dedicated to delivering results and embodying our core values.
At that time, there were three of us, individuals with diverse cultures and knowledge, but united by a common vision.
Recognizing the power of unity, we embarked on this journey, combining our expertise in technology, design, and results-driven marketing, all with the aim of creating a conscious company that prioritizes people and their dreams, goals, and aspirations.
Right from the start, we adopted an approach centered around people and how we could positively impact their lives, as well as our own.
Furthermore, each of us had accumulated years of experience in our respective fields and shared similar feelings about the prevailing practices in the surrounding companies.
This motivated us to begin our journey, driven by something different: a deep concern for people and the planet. Although it may have seemed somewhat utopian at the time, we had faith that we could achieve it by making a meaningful impact on people’s lives and taking a holistic approach that prioritizes their needs instead of treating them as mere numbers.
Thus, the name Kayzen Studio emerged, derived from “Kaizen,” which in its simplified translation from Japanese means “Continuous Improvement.”
Three years have passed since that first step, and today we celebrate it with a much larger team, grateful and disciplined, who have gone above and beyond to transform this small venture into a remarkable company that has served hundreds of individuals.
